Less than 5 minutes to local restaurants including fine dining, pizza, Chinese food, and subs. Dollar General and CVS also located in the village. Grocery stores are about 15-20 minutes away. One mile from one of the best fine dining restaurants in the area! New York Style Pizza just a few miles away in the Village of Waterville. Gas station/Convenience store one mile. Shopping, Restaurants, Colleges all within 20 minutes!

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Nicole's Place! The amenities were impeccable from the room to on site laundry room. It was very quiet and beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect, only 20 mins from Utica and other towns with great breweries and restaurants. Waterville itself has an incredible bakery only 1.5 miles from Nicole's spot that I really enjoyed. It snowed quite a bit during my stay and the driveway and sidewalks were plowed first thing which i really appreciated. Nicole was more than accommodating and always responded with any questions in less than 15 mins. She was a delight to rent from! If I'm back in the area this would be my first choice of place to stay. Thanks Nicole!
