Less than 5 minutes to local restaurants including fine dining, pizza, Chinese food, and subs. Dollar General and CVS also located in the village. Grocery stores are about 15-20 minutes away. One mile from one of the best fine dining restaurants in the area! New York Style Pizza just a few miles away in the Village of Waterville. Gas station/Convenience store one mile. Shopping, Restaurants, Colleges all within 20 minutes!

On-site parking for one vehicle per suite. The Village of Waterville has a CVS, Dollar General, ice cream, pizzeria, Chinese food, and gas station. There is a fine dining restaurant and another gas station in Sangerfield. A vehicle is necessary. Ride shares are not always available in the area.

This studio was small, but still had everything we needed. Very quiet, peaceful, and private area. We would definitely stay here again!
