Only 15-20 minutes from Colgate University and Hamilton College. About 25 minutes from Utica and just less than an hour from Cooperstown.
Good to know
The space is located on a private road in a rural setting. The apartment has a private entrance and the deck in the photos is for the private use of this apartment only. There is a small event venue on the opposite end of the building where private dinners are also served from 5-9 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings. The unit is on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator. The water source for the property is a well with a water softener. Individual bottled waters and gallons of water are provided for drinking and cooking if preferred.
Other Details to Note
There is a small event space located at the opposite end of the building. At times, there will be other people on the property for quiet events such as meetings, bridal showers or baby showers. Typically, if there is an event, the apartment is rented for the event and the date would not show as available for a private rental.
